Our long-standing ticket purchase policy has been "no refunds" . However, due to COVID-xix disruption, we are offering the following options:
Electronic Tickets purchased for the cancelled 2020 show which were not donated back to the Museum will be honored for our 2021 event.
Any physical paper tickets that were purchased for 2020 and non donated back to MAAM must be mailed back and received by the Museum by May 27th to exchange them for 2021 WWII Weekend tickets.
IMPORTANT! 2020 paper tickets Volition Non be honored at the gate and nor will ticket returns be accepted during the 2021 WWII Weekend.
